Image quality guarantee and return policy

Quality Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order on this site. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please reach out within 30 days of receiving the item and we will investigate the issue and find a solution.

If your claim is validated, we will happily send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. We'd much rather fix any problems and send
a replacement order to make sure our customers are happy with their orders.

Color Consistency

Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result, including:

Machine type
Machine settings
Paper types
Humidity in the room
When the machine was last cleaned

Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under this quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged order we will cover the costs of a new order. However, we verify claims prior to covering the costs of a new order. If your claim is validated, we will be happily send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure our customers are happy with their orders. Please contact us immediately and include photos of the original packaging and any visible damage to the frame or artwork. We will work as quickly as we can to repair or replace your piece.

This includes:

Damage to the delivered products
Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products
Lack of quality of the delivered product

Return Policy

Each print is carefully made to order, with meticulous attention to detail in printing, mounting, and framing your selected artwork. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before your order ships. Once your artwork is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey to you. We use trusted shipping providers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. We currently do not support returns or provide a return address because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days from the delivery date and a replacement order will be submitted on your behalf once the lost order has been confirmed and verified by the shipping company.

Returned to Sender

Because every piece is custom printed and framed to your specifications, We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order changes after 24 hours. All sales are final.

For orders that are returned to the sender, please place a new order (no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date) and get in touch with us so that a problem can be reported and arranged for the product price to be refunded for the new order. This way, you will only pay again for the shipping of the order.

Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:

Wrong Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Rejected by the Recipient: If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned. Should you want to submit a new order with
an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed: If you are not able to receive your order at the address given, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch so that it can be arranged for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
